From noticing their signs in my neighbourhood to the last detail of the job completed, their service was totally focused on my satisfaction. The three steps of excellent performance are, do what you say you are going to do, do it on time and use your please and thankyou's. Colin did a great job presenting a very competitive quote, the installation team was very hard working and respectful of us and our gardens. Albert was an expert at getting things done right, and the office staff were efficient in all our transactions. Great Job done by all!

Had a new roof installed in 2024, the crew did an excellent job, very professional, courteous and mindful of the garden in which we take a lot of pride. Fast forward to now….we found evidence of a very small water leak, right at the chimney, which stained the ceiling. Made a call to K2 and within two days, their Technical Advisor, Al, was here to check it out! Up he went, checked everything and adjusted the flashing on the chimney. He said that what he did has most likely fixed the problem but we won’t know until it rains again. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained that as our house is old (1938) the under flashing was originally placed when the chimney was built. He advised that it MIGHT need repointing at some future date but it looked pretty good for the time being. He didn’t try to “upsell” or get us to do a replacement immediately. We are very happy for the really great customer service we received. HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks Al!!

Keaton and his team did an absolutely amazing job! I couldn’t be happier with their craftsmanship, professionalism, and punctuality. They arrived early, worked nonstop, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Their attention to detail really shows in the final result.

The cost was very reasonable for the quality of work they delivered. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and dedicated—I would highly recommend Keaton and his crew to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and hard-working professionals.

We were very pleased with the work done by K2 roofing. Kelly provided the quote, and was very good explaining the choices available. The roofers were pleasant, they kept the work site clean, they painted all of the vents on our roof and it has never looked so good. They also repaired our sagging 12’ x 16’ shed. This work was done by Albert who did an amazing job. The roofers then re-shingled the roof. It too has never looked so good. Thank you K2 for a job well done 👍
