Perfect for early morning deliveries; you can sleep in the yard as long as you don't block the gate.

The team provided excellent service! I arrived with my grocery list and already had a good idea of how much it would cost... Well... they ended up charging less ($800 less! That's significant!) I paid the bill and scheduled a delivery to my rooftop at 9:00 AM. The delivery went smoothly and was on time! At the end of the job, I had some extra materials I had bought (just in case), which I returned to the store for a quick refund! I'm very satisfied with my experience with this business!

I requested a roofing estimate at the end of March 2018, which I received on March 29th. The estimate amount was acceptable, so I called two weeks later to get information about materials, delivery, payment methods, etc.
I called again the following week, the week of April 15th, 2018, to confirm whether I needed to pay for my order in advance to reserve the materials. I was clearly told I had two options:
1- Pay upon delivery of the materials
2- Pay the total amount in person at the branch
I chose option 1 and requested delivery for Saturday, May 5th, 2018.
I called at the beginning of the week of the scheduled delivery date (Saturday, May 5th, 2018). I spoke to a man who transferred me to a woman who confirmed that I would receive the materials on Saturday, May 5th, around 10:00 AM, and specified that it was the last available slot. The conversation was quite brief, and I asked again if I should call back a day in advance. She said no.
On Saturday morning, May 5th, five men arrived at my house at 8:00 AM. We started removing the shingles. 10:00 AM arrived, and there were no materials. We finished removing the shingles at 10:40 AM, and still nothing. 11:00 AM... 12:00 PM... 1:00 PM... and the day went by. I was completely discouraged and stressed.
The next morning, I made four or five calls, several trips back and forth, trying to find materials and, most importantly, get them delivered that same day... imagine the stress!
I called again Tuesday morning and mentioned that I hadn't received my order by 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 5th. I asked if there was a reason. The man seemed surprised. He seemed to be searching for a bit and then told me, "Yes, I have it for Saturday, May 5th at 10:00 AM... we're sorry... can we deliver next Saturday?"
I replied that I should cancel everything and that I had made other arrangements. I was never offered any compensation whatsoever, just a simple "we're sorry, your order fell through the cracks."
It's already difficult enough to find people willing to help, to coordinate the date, to have good weather, and on top of that, I have four children. You can imagine the stress my partner and I went through last weekend.
So, for me, it was a very bad experience.
