Have had a great experience with Arnold and Sons Roofing. They replaced a roof across the street at a neighbours - we saw the quality of work - and asked for a quote. We had them replace our roof - and when they first came - they noted some issues with our Chimney - which obviously needed some repairs. They provided references for 3 different Chimney companies - and we were pleased with the results. The roofers were tidy and polite while working and did a great job!! They did such a good job - that another neighbour also is having her roof replaced by them. Good quality company - good quality work. Highly recommend.

Arnold and sons did the reroofing on our house with torch on roofing with added insulation.
They confirmed a warranty of 25 years.
Large an small bubbles developed after a few years and was repaired twice.
More bubbles developed 2023 and was promised to be repaired by Ken Arnold, the owner.
Now we are in 2024 and yet more bubbles has developed in different spots over the whole roof.
We have called their office a number of times in the past month and been promised a return call from Ken Arnold by their office, even after having called his mobil, still no sign of returned calls.

I assume we have to call in a new Roofing Contractor to do re-roofing and forward the cost of work to Arnold and Sons roofing Co.
Presently I would be hesitant to recommend this Company Arnold and Sons roofing Co. to do any work on your house.
If I had known how they treat their customer after their work is done, I might have hired a different Contractor.

Note, they have now repaired a few bubbles but some more needs to be taken care off.

We had Arnold and Sons do our roof this past summer, our gutters are built in. I mention the type of gutters as not all companies deal with built in gutters properly. We also had them cover our facial boards with aluminum to decrease the maintenance aspect. Looks great!

From the estimate process to the installation process. Ken and his team were professional, hardworking, honest, trustworthy and polite.
A follow up visit was required after the rain started and they dealt with the slope issues that created nuisance drips.
I highly recommend Arnold And sons for your roofing needs.
Pricing was comparable to industry standard but the service was above industry standard.

Had a small job to fix a chimney roof flashing leak. Mr. Arnold wrote me up a very detailed estimate so there were no surprises. His son came to do the work just before the atmospheric river hit. Job was completed very professionally; I was impressed with the efficiency, politeness and cleanup when done (he even neatly folded the tarp I had put up there and placed it by my garage entrance). I feel confident that the leak won't return. I went up on the roof a couple of weeks post repair and it looks great; he even spray-painted the flashing to complement the roof colour. By the way, he also replaced about 10 shingles and they match perfectly. Can't say enough of how pleased I am. In addition, the cost was reasonable.

A friend recommended Arnold & Sons to repair our damaged roof during the winter snow. ken was so genuine and recommended using our existing soffits when he could've easily has us buy new. I knew right then the type of person i was dealing with, wasn't profit before people, but to make me feel comfortable and in good hands.
