We witnessed the team executing their duties during two bright days, their teamwork was exceptional. Each phase was carefully checked, and safety ropes stayed secured until the cleanup was finalized. It is clear that they emphasize both the standard of their work and the safety of the personnel carrying out the tasks.

From the first phone call to the final inspection, Special Roofing Ottawa Inc. exceeded expectations. The project manager texted daily photos, answered my endless questions, and even helped register the manufacturer's extended warranty online. The crew worked through light rain without cutting corners, then ran a magnet to collect stray nails. Five months later, the attic is dry and energy bills are lower.

I dreaded the cost of a new roof, but their detailed quote laid out materials, timelines, and warranty so transparently that I felt confident signing. Final invoice matched the estimate down to the cent, and the roof looks gorgeous.

We hired an architect to design a triangle-shaped house roof for our summer house. The project was ready with everything, but we could not find a roofing company that would bring this project to life. After a long search, we found this roofing company. They worked diligently by following rules. I would like to thank the whole team for their hard work because the triangle-shaped house roof is a challenging project.

What I certainly appreciated from this roofing company was its professionalism and its sincerity. They knew their limits, boundaries and capabilities and did not promise something that they would have been unable to deliver later on. Another fact is that upon returning home from work, my house was clean and not full of mess as with other workers. The neighbours did not complain at all and everyone is satisfied with the quality and the professionalism of the team and crew.
