Mark from Top Mark exteriors was able to come on short notice and fix an issue after TWO other roofing companies, both came and said they could not help me with an active leak during a rainstorm (one of which lied and said my roof had failed and pressured me into a roof replacement). He investigated the problem by going on the roof and looking at the attic and was honest about the condition of my roof and also caulked the main issue. I am also an architectural professional and as a somebody in the building industry I highly recommend working with Top Mark after this experience.

I recently had my home exterior fixed up with new Hardy-Board siding, fascia and eves troughs and I am very pleased with the end results. Mark and Tamara from Top Mark Exteriors and the rest of the crew were so easy to deal with and communication was fantastic from the beginning of the project right till the end. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking at any exterior work renovations or upgrades.

A top rate company! They are very responsive, communicating with the homeowner continuously throughout the work being done. Mark is always available to talk and answer questions and Tamara is an excellent communicator as to the work being done with the timeline. This is a highly reputable business with people that care about their customers. I highly recommend Top Mark Exteriors to help others fix/maintain their homes. Thanks Top Mark Exteriors for your excellent work!
