A major rain storm exposed several leaks in my home's metal roof that caused internal water damage to ceiling sheetrock. I contacted Austin Roofing and got a prompt response and very reasonable quote to quickly repair/replace a section of the roof and repair the internal damage. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable and the results were high quality( and tested by subsequent heavy rain). I highly recommend Austin Roofing and Construction.

Was very impressed by Eric. Strong communication throughout the process and fair pricing. This was the third company that came to check out a roof leak. Out of the three, Eric was the main one that seemed to really care. He diagnosed the issue and handled it like it was his own house. 5 stars

Austin Roofing and Construction performed work on my roof, replacing worn out boots and sealing them. Billy Kerr came out took photos and provided a timely estimate. Eleazar came out and performed the work and followed up with before-and-after pics. Tiffany and Christine provided excellent customer service via phone. Glad to give them a good review and recommend them without reservation.

After hearings heavy rain throughout the night and blaring alarm’s warning of flash floods; I arose from my bed at 5:am and stepped into a puddle of water. My roof formed a leak from the weather. I reached out to my neighbors for a referral, and that is how I found Simeon R. at Verstera Roofing/Austin Roofing and Construction!

After reaching out to them, they understood the urgency and saved me from begging to for a same day appointment. Simeon found a way to fit me in the same day. He also took time to perform a thorough inspection, address my issues, and create follow up plan to ensure that our space is both safe and healthy.

I understand why my neighbor so easily referred Simeon. I will do the same. Great guy. Great company. Great service!

I had some roof damages by the harsh wind the other day. I called Austin Roofing and Construction and another roofing company. I'm very pleased with careful examination and diagnosis done by Terra, the technician sent by Austin Roofing and Construction. She ran a drone over the roof after climbed onto it for examination. She took a lot of pictures through the drone, found some issues need to be fixed on top of the damages caused by wind. The repair was scheduled and performed right after that. Currently, the wind still blows, and it rains almost everyday with thunderstorms. My roof seems hold up well. I'm very happy with the work been done by them. I will definitely recommend Austin Roofing and Construction to families and friends.

I’ve known Terra for nearly 20 years, so when my roof needed fixing I knew exactly who to go to. She was amazing in easing my worries and getting things taken care of quickly before the damage got worse. She was quick to inspect, explain the damage and life expectancy of my roof, she got the estimate to me within the same day, and the repair was finished seamlessly. Definitely recommend Austin Roofing and Construction to everyone!

I highly recommend the Austin Roofing and Construction team for any of your roofing repairs!

I experienced some damage to my shingles after the most recent storm in Austin.

Luis came out to check the damage, gave me a really fair quote and had me scheduled for repair within a couple days.

The entire process went very smoothly! Look them up if you are looking for a positive experience!
