They gave me a quote for $6,500 to replace the shingles on my garage’s roof. They told me the cost of shingles only would be near $3,700-3,800. I had the entire job done with $2,500 + GST everything included.

Definitely a great experience dealing with Roof Smart. I needed a roof reparation as water was coming into the attic. Prompt response since the first call. Reparation was done within 5 days, pricing fair and reasonable. Good quality repair, no more water coming in even with the massive rainfalls we are having these days. Recommended 100%

Thank you to Roof Smart for making my roof replacement a seamless process and a stress free experience. Chad, Jesse, and Kainen were professional, knowledgeable and transparent. They took the time to answer questions, gave good advice, and updated me on everything including taking pictures for my records . The crew was equally professional, worked around the rain, my pots, moved patio furniture, no damages and ended with a detailed clean up. When an accidental oil leak stained my siding and walkway, they immediately arranged for a clean up. Being a single mom, I worried of being taken advantage of. Far from it. I was treated with respect, honesty, and kindness. Truly a company that cares about the people they do the work for, a business with integrity. Highly recommended 😊

Installed a new roof last year. Everything looked fantastic. Now we’re getting lots of rain. Lots of debris coming off the roof a year later still and we have a leak from the top of our roof going into our basement around roof vents and fixtures which where also replaced. Initially reached out with both text and messages and did not receive a reply until a couple days later, likely because it’s the busy season, but we did get in touch with an experienced installer from the company and they came out the next day. It appears as though the original installers put a small amount of caulking around some of the fixtures, which degraded during the year since installation. The installer, removed the old caulking, applied a generous amount of caulking, hopefully fixing the issue. He inspected the entire roof in addition just to make sure everything was in good condition still and sent me pictures and explanations of the work, which makes up for the delay in communication earlier. Thank you.

I should know that while they did use leaf blower to blow excess materials off the roof when they finished and they did a general cleanup the cleanup was not as thorough As it could’ve been. I have a dog that access is my backyard as well as chickens that do occasionally get free run for the backyard and we had found nails and small bits of roof roofing materials Around our yard, which could not only be a danger for stepping on for our animals, but in the case of our chickens could be a danger of consuming leading to death. Although I will know that they tried to be very thorough sometimes things do get missed So we did our due diligence as a homeowner and went through everything ourselves just to be careful. We did know, though that there were the odd nails and stuff coming through from the roof to our eaves for first bit but was very small amount.

Wind storm blew off some of shingles and also some
Soffit on my house. Wood was exposed where the shingles were and needed repairs quicker than usual. Roof Smart was there the next day and repaired it right away for a fair price. Highly recommend company!
