They went above and beyond, squeezed us into his busy schedule and helped us communicate with our roofer about the deficiencies that were noted in the report. Glad to have him on our side.

Carl is a lifesaver! I just had a roof installed by a company that had really great reviews but even with my untrained eyes, I noticed several deficiencies. I called Carl for a roof inspection and he came right away because he knew it was urgent, especially with the heavy rain forecast. He is a true professional and very experienced.

He found several serious deficiencies and informed me that not only could the roof not be repaired and was at high risk of leakage in multiple areas, but that I would need a complete roof replacement. I sent Carl's detailed inspection report to the roofing company, who of course, denied the seriousness of the deficiencies and suggested simple fast patches. Luckily Carl took the time to carefully explain to me why none of the proposed fixes would work and why a full roof replacement was needed and also walked me through the next steps.

I'm really grateful for his support and expertise during a very stressful time. If you have any concerns about your current roof or just want to talk to a roofing expert about what you need done, Carl is the perfect roof inspector for you! Thanks so much Carl!

I highly recommend Carl and his services. Not only is he prompt, honest, professional, and actually cares, he delivers his unbiased report in record time. With an unregulated industry, having Carl’s report is the best way to ensure that sloppy work is caught and remedied before the damage occurs.

We hired Carl Inkman to help us with a replacement of the roof of a commercial building, which was a significant undertaking. We had no experience with this scale of project and need someone with deep expertise. Carl was a knowledgeable, reliable and very responsive advisor throughout this process. We are now undergoing a 2 year review and Carl is continuing to support us as the roofing company makes repairs under the warranty.

Carl was our hero. I was given his name by a local roofing company who spoke very highly of him. He replied to my urgent request for help within moments of receiving my message and came out on super-short notice to inspect our roof. He created a very detailed, professional report and delivered it less than 24 hours later. We appreciate all that he did to help us and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their roof inspected for the purchase or sale of a home.
