Jan 2026 - Update

What a winter we have had. We have heard horror stories of people who have had challenges with their roofs this winter, but not ours! Val’s work has stood the test of time and the elements and I wanted to acknowledge his great work! Thank you again Val!

Original:

Our flat roof was leaking and we needed to replace the perimeter of the roof.

Val was the most patient and kindest person to work with. He explained what he was doing, step by step and was meticulous with his workmanship.

He set the appropriate expectations and met them all.

I could not recommend him enough.

After meeting several flat roofers to assess and fix a tricky leak problem I went with Val and team and could not be happier with the result. I was so pleased with the repair work that I decided to preemptively redo the entire perimeter of our main roof with Val. His level of knowledge, reasonable pricing and attention to detail was exemplary.

Our family recently worked with Val and his team to repair and replace the flat roof on our home. Val was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was able to fix our complex roofing issues in a very timely and cost effective way. He is extremely friendly and walked us through the entire repair approach to ensure we understood what needed to be done. He is responsive, kind, and the quality of his work is second to none! Hands down, Val is one of the best contractors we have worked with. We can’t recommend him enough to our friends and family.

We had a great experience with TR Flat Roof Repair. We had both the flat roof and peaked shingle roof completely removed and rebuilt by Val. As with all old houses, there were many many surprises but Val and his team really worked overtime to get the job done properly and in a good timeframe. I really enjoyed working with Val, his communication and his bedside manner were fantastic. I would highly recommend them for your next roof job.

We had both our flat a peaked roofs done by TR Flat Roof Repair last week, and are very happy with the service. Val was quick to respond to my inquiry and promptly came by to provide an estimate. He was able to begin the work within a few days, and was professional and courteous throughout. In addition to the roof work, we needed to have our skylight replaced. Val saw the quote we were given by another company for the skylight replacement and informed us that we were being overcharged for a relatively simple job. He gave me instruction on where to purchase the exact skylight needed, I ordered and picked it up that day, and TR rebuilt the curbs and replaced the skylight for a fraction of the cost we had anticipated through the skylight company. We couldn’t be happier with the service received from Val and his team, they are very customer oriented and prices are very fair. Highly recommend!
