I wanted share my experience with one of the employees at Niagara Roof Master. Russ was an amazing, caring and supportive professional who helped fix a problem we were having. He was polite, respectful and honest. The repair he did was outstanding, he went beyond the standard level and was able to fix it himself without any issues. His work was exceptional. Thank you Russ for all your hard work, we appreciate your skills and commitment. Great job!!!

Had roof masters recently put a new roof on (shingles). My experience was first rate from the initial meeting with their estimate and supervisor for the work. Helped pick out the right materials and colour's. The roof installers were very experienced and polite. They had guys cleaning as they were going making sure everything was perfect when they were done. Only found 1 nail, kudos to the fella cleaning. The price was very good and I did get several estimates. I would highly recommend them . Thank you.

Niagara roofmasters were great to work with from quote to install. The quote we recieved was not only competitive but very detailed. Craig came by and did a thorough inspection to ensure he covered every detail. Micheal ended up coordinating our install to be done earlier than expected and the team thay came out was present, knowledgeable, and even suggested some small adjustments that affected the quality of our home. Would definitely use Niagara roofmasters when we need any more work done outside.

We recently had our roof done by Niagara Roof Masters, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.

Dan Bree was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Ryan Toth was very hands-on with the production side and made sure everything ran smoothly on-site.

The entire crew did an amazing job — hardworking, efficient, and respectful of the property. What impressed us the most was that the whole roof was completed in just one day without compromising on quality.

Highly recommend Niagara Roof Masters to anyone looking for reliable and professional roofing services!

I am very happy with the work on my roof and chimney. The man who came to place the flashings around my chimney was very kind and answered all of my questions concerning the two chimneys on my house. The salesman was polite and informative he explained what needed to be done and kept me informed as the work proceeded. I feel free to call them if I have any difficulties such as racoons on my roof again.

Very impressed with our experience with Niagara Roof Masters, from our consultation to then working with the team lead Ryan and his team, everyone was so professional. Our roof was completed in one day as they advised. The team completing the job were very friendly and mindful of my children coming in and out the house and my dogs in the backyard. Clean up was thorough. We received quote from a few companies in the area and were very pleased with the warranty and financing options that no other company could offer. Ryan specifically went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Communication was very clear on all aspects. I can not recommend Niagara Roof Masters enough, very pleased with the service provided.
