Exceptional Communication! This is the second time our townhouse board works with Ryan. Our roof suffered damages over a huge storm (as did many others in Fredericton) and Ryan was the first to provide us with a timeframe after the holidays rather than a waitlist specially considering the height of our townhouses, material shortages, and the weather.

Wonderful company; great attention to detail, excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and very easy to deal with. We had our roof done approx 7 years ago and it was the best decision we could have made! Any questions we had were answered right away, nothing was brushed off. The whole job was explained very well and we are extremely confident it was done properly. Highly recommend.

Copied and pasted from my Father who just had his roof done:

The roof is all done and looks great thanks to you and some great workers. They did a great job and did it the proper way . The proper way was to remove all the old shingles and put on a new and water tight roof from the boards up.The old shingles that were very rough and bumpy and would have made a new roof not entirely smooth. Ryan's brother and business partner I was told was the foreman for the job and he went beyond what I expected. Thanks as well for recommending them , I would surely recommend them as well. I have had a couple of people tell me already how good it looks . I told him he should put up a sign in my yard advertising his work.

Signed an agreement to have this company complete repair to Roof on my home. The expected start date was pushed out over 9 MONTHS! Quote was also way over priced compared to company that ended up completing the work.

Kyan did an amazing job with our deck extension for the pool and the concrete pad for the hot tub. Very professional and did what they said they were going to do . I would highly recommend this company to anyone that ask .

Siding rip and replace (and lots of metal work, soffit, facia): Ryan, Kaleb and the entire Kyan team exceeded all of our expectations and then some. From their consultative approach, to the technology they used for estimating, they were obsessive about timely communication and details,. At the end of every single day, they cleaned up, respected our home and property like it was their own, and always on time. Can't say enough great things about this company, they even worked weekends and holiday to finish on time. Flawless execution, competitive pricing and literally every person we spoke with, was kind, patient, consultative and great to work with. Don't hesitate to call Kyan,
