Proper Roofing Ltd - Gutter Repair New Westminster

I’ve been using Proper Roofing for many years. First to help patch leaks due in an aging roof and then a full new roof replacement. When fixing the leaks they quickly identified the source and sealed the exposed, rusting nails where water was leaking in.

Recently they replaced the full roof. They completed my job in about a week. I appreciated being able to ask questions and their quick response times.

I like working with hard working, honest local businesses and would recommend this company.

Mo and his crew from Proper Roofing were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! Mo responded promptly to my request for a quote and he  mobilized his team to effectively and efficiently complete the following tasks on our roof: moss removal, gutter cleaning, gutter leak repairs, and soffit repairs. I have referred Mo to my neighbours already and will be referring him to my family and friends as well. Thank you for being the experts!

I had Proper Roofing replaced my roof two weeks ago. I highly recommend Mohsen and his roofing team. He was the first to respond my quote request, gave me a very reasonable price and earned the project. His team began to work on my roof on the promised date and finished the replacement in time. He also proposed to replace the gutter and I accepted. He and his brother came to clean up the debris on Saturday as I requested. He also helped me fix two loose spots in the soffits without extra charge, though it was easy for him but very difficult for myself to fix them. Thank you Mohsen, wish you all the best and my roof and gutter count on you from now on!

Mohsen and team from Proper Roofing repaired and cleaned my leaking gutters. They did a fabulous job. Took photos before and after repair so I could compare their work. Was on time and honest. Reasonably priced. Will hire them again.

I had a great experience with my roofer and highly recommend their service. They responded incredibly quickly to my request and were able to get the job done without delay. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It’s not easy to find someone who is both fast and reliable, but they definitely delivered on both. I really appreciate the smooth and stress-free experience. I would not hesitate to use them again!

We needed some soffits re-attached as well as rain guards added to our gutters. I contacted the company and spoke to Mohsen. He provided a FREE QUOTE, and was there the next day to do the work. We found him and his crew to be both, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after the job was complete and provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to use Proper Roofing for any of my future roofing needs and will be strongly recommending them to neighbours and friends for any work they may need

I rarely write reviews, but some experiences deserve to be shared. Proper Roofing LTD completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment Mohsen and his partner arrived right on time you could tell they were professionals who truly cared. They worked efficiently, with precision and quality that spoke volumes about their craftsmanship.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the flawless work, but their customer service. Mohsen and his partner were incredibly easy to talk to, patient in explaining every detail, and honest in guiding me through the process. You could feel their integrity in every word and action.

And the price? Simply unbeatable for the level of quality they deliver. I genuinely felt blessed to have them come and fix my roof. If you’re reading this and still deciding who to trust with your home stop searching. Proper Roofing LTD is the team you want.

They don’t just repair roofs; they restore peace of mind.
