We used this company to provide BRAVA roofing tiles for a project in Eastern Toronto. We were their only sale in the history of the company. They have no idea how to quote on the job, order materials or recommend this product. We are $70,000 over budget and the costs are mounting. DO NOT USE QXO if you plan to have BRAVA installed. Its a complicated product to install and they don't have a clue how to install it. BEWARE ALL CANADIAN CUSTOMERS.

I don’t often leave reviews but I was very impressed with my experience with Beacon (now QXO). I was doing some research on roof shingles and dropped into their Ajax location to get pricing and availability. Julie, their sales rep, was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful, and Michelle at their front desk was excellent communicating with me and also incredibly helpful. This was the best customer experience I have had in quite a while. What a great team they have!

Our experience with Beacon was amazing! From the moment I sent an email requesting information to getting what we needed. Peter Oftersdorf, Digital Marketing Manager. replied to my initial email quickly and directed our request to Rodney Johnson, Branch Manager, from Whitby who emailed me right away. He was able to answer all of my questions and eventually make the right decision about the glue we needed. Julie Startek, their Residential Account Manager, met with us and was amazing. Our order was then placed and our supplies were ordered. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, even the worker that put the glue we ordered in the car was really nice. Great company to deal with all around. Thank you.

I had a major issue at my childrens judo club with a roof leak. I called and chatted with Rod and we came up with a way to fix it so the kids could continue to train.
Can't say enough great things about these guys. Not any of the other roofing companies even bothered to call me back.
