Top Pair Roofing is great!

They came out for some repairs on our 6 year old (poorly done) roof. They quoted very fairly, then gave us options on the day the work was being done after they were able to look closer so we ended up saving some money on things that weren't needed.

Ryan and the team are all honest, professional, down to earth guys, and I'm super happy with their work. Highly recommend!

Ryan and his crew were very professional and above all trustworthy.
The talented crew of AJ, Brandon, Richard and apprentice Mustafa worked diligently to get the job done RIGHT.

When we needed to find a roofer, Top Pair Roofing was a name that popped up several times and we can see why. Greg and Ryan and their team have been fantastic. Greg always took the time and effort to educate us about our choices, whether it was giving us a map of past customers, bringing samples to our home, or simply spending the time to answer all of our questions. AJ and the roofing team were top notch and super friendly. After talking to Ryan, we signed on for the annual roof inspection and gutter cleaning service as well. Even when we had a question about our roof months later, Greg still came by in person. We recommend Top Pair Roofing with no reservations.

Was recommended to Top Pair via a local Facebook group and we are so happy that we were. Had a minor roof leak appear over the Christmas holidays which sent us into a bit of a panic as two new homeowners. Greg got out to us within two days after talking us down from the ledge over the phone, fixed the leak very quickly and was happy to give helpful advice. Highly recommend! We will be going with Top Pair for all future roofing needs!

Greg did a smaller but urgent job patching some shingles for me. I was happy with the work, he also provided photos and a description of his assessment of the roofs health and outlook which was quite accurate.

Greg and his partner have been so incredibly helpful and reliable for us. They do excellent, expedient work, are extremely easy to communicate with, were responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and made us feel comfortable and secure in our home from the time we called them to do a temporary repair, to the next year when we had them redo the entire roof on our 1970s home (sheathing over shiplap, new shingles, upgraded venting to code, etc.). I would absolutely recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

I chose this company based on the google reviews. I called the company and Greg replied me and came over. He gave me a free inspection and quotation, and he fixed my roof within a week to meet my satisfaction. My is a small job which many companies don't care about it. I'll use this company in the future , and highly recommend this company to my friends and anyone who has roof work needs.

Ours was a very challenging re-roofing job on a home that was originally built in 1893 (excellent balloon construction), renovated starting 1993 and subsequently expanded to triple its size. Greg, Ryan and their excellent team were amazing, dealing openly, honestly, and professionally with each uncovering of previous shoddy work. Prior "professional" roofers had vented bathrooms into either soffit space or dead zones and had not installed venting into the roofs themselves. Ryan and his team had to replace horrendously damaged sheathing, showing us every one of them, and arranged for ventilation specialists to inspect and treat all roof spaces as required. All options for unforeseen additional work and costs involved were explained thoroughly to receive our approval. All roofs are now properly vented and they provided additional roof vents for all bathrooms and hooked them up for us. We were treated as if we were family. The entire team was amazing.

I just wanted to make a review about this roofing company that did repairs on my roof. Top Pair roofing is a very professional company. How hard-working the crews are to the young men that showed up to do the job. They did the repairs on my home really quickly so that I did not Disturb my family's lives. Which we appreciate it a lot! After having such a good experience with them referred them to one of my friends that needed a whole new roof on their home. Once again Top Pair roofing was a great experience for my friend. They came quickly re-place the whole new roof! We both love the fact they keep in their budget and we’re finished on time. I will be recommending them to all family members and friends for their roofing concerns!
