Well I can assure you that they took a large sum of money from my mother who. Is disabled and have done absolutely nothing to her house.
We were frauded over 10 ,000 by a man named Raymond Robert Buckborough he is well known to the police and you can Google his background as well. I know at least 4 people who have been ripped off by this company. I'm pretty sure that they go around ontario and take advantage of lots of people.
The company has done absolutely nothing to help get our money back or complete the renovations. I would not waste my time posting this if it wasn't completely true so use your own discretion and to the people who did have a good experience with this company. Iam extremely happy for you and glad they came through because they didn't for us.

Attn: Fellow Readers, Ray Buckborough does not work here. He was fired years ago because if his dishonesty. He has ruined businesses in the past such as Greenshield and Consumer Renovations to name a few. He was escorted out of Centennial and Landmark for stealing deposits. We do not condone people paying money for no work being done. Our contracts have a caption on the bottom stating -only pay by cheque to our company which means not to hand CASH to anyone. He has been caught impersonating as a salesperson for this company. He has gone as far as getting a coat made with our name on it. If you have a contract for this "job" we welcome you to let us see it because we have no idea what it is about. We have notified police of all of this-but the problem is-first he is not here and second it is always cash dealt with him. The authorities can only do so much. We have never told anyone to hand over cash to him and here is a warning=DO NOT deal with this man. If he comes anywhere near your home turn him away and do not talk to him-PERIOD!!! Anyone is welcome to call us about these episodes but remember one thing we are also victims because we are not aware of what he is doing. Yours truly, Continental Home Improvements

My name is Dave Askett and I was employed as a police officer and I have just retired after a thirty year career.
I met them at the home show in Listowel. In May of 2016,while they were at the
Continental Home Improvements booth. I found them to be very personable and professional. After talking to them for a short time , they agreed to come to my residence and quote me on a roofing job. The warranty was explained and they explained how the shingles were a quality product. We agreed on a price and the roof was done a short time later.
The crew that showed up to do the work were very professional and in my opinion did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I would deal with Continental Home Improvements again.

Just a short note to thank the team of workers who done our chimney and the roofers for a job well done. Everything turned out very well from what we can see.
I will be needing future work on my house and we will be happy to deal with this
company-they stayed in touch with us as the work was getting done.

Recently we hired Continental Home Improvements to repair a deteriorating wall in
our basement and to erect a gazebo in our back garden.
The basement work was quite a messy job and the men cleared up very well for us.
The work was well done and we are pleased with the results.
The gazebo is lovely and we are looking forward to using it well. The company was most helpful and we would use them again should the need arise.

I would like to let you know how much I appreciate the fantastic job done on repairing the roof on my house. It was a big undertaking. The installers removed the metal on the roof, waterproofed, and then replaced the metal. Then they repaired the ceiling fan in the bathroom and the ceiling tiles in the basement. They did a wonderful job of repairing the water stained plaster in the bathroom as well. They cleaned the grounds and bathroom before they left.
They also removed and replaced 2 windows. They left the rooms and the gardens neat and tidy-very much appreciated.

Thank-you so much-I am so happy with my new roof. Also to your 2 of your roofers-they did a splendid job, and with only 2 of them on my house, they completed the job in 2 days. By the way-these guys can dance circles around the 20-30 year olds. I am a very HAPPY customer.
