Terrible customer service! Once a proud company that did good work for us in the past - now they are thieves!!! My partner made the mistake of calling them for help with an aluminum time that blew off in a windstorm. They came and did a quick 15 minute patch job and now the thieves want $ 300 for the service call! Will report to consumer protection. Do not do business with these guys they will rip you off big time!!

Excellent experience with this company - I had new gutters (last year) and a new front door (yesterday) installed, and the service was perfect, from quotation to communication with the scheduler to delivery and installation by two very efficient, friendly professionals. I would do business with them again any time!

Last week we have our basement windows and backdoor installed. The quotation (Patrick)was quick with detailed information. We received the scheduling from the office rep (Christiane) was very nice and informative. The installation team (Eric/ Gerard) arrived on time. They are efficient, meticulous and no mess. They are honest as they informed us the doorknob was a different model and asked us if we were ok with it. Then they reported back to the office so the final billing was adjusted accordingly (cheaper :) Thank you!

2023-11-09 We have our gutter done. The installation team (William & Mario) was very good and meticulous. Our appointment was delayed due to the weather so it can’t be completed within the same day. I’m glad they didn’t rush to finish it before it gets dark. They prepared the rest of the installation and stored in our backyard plus they cleaned out the mess before they left. They came back the next morning on time to complete the project. Yet again, they did a nice cleaning before leaving. Thank you! We also had our basement windows and backdoor installed by this company. We strongly recommend.

Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Gutters are lovely but the customer service is atrocious. We were quoted a specific amount last year (already well into the pandemic), signed a contract and gave a deposit. This year, when it came time to do the work, they said the price had gone up. They refused to honour our signed contract, offered to cancel and give us our deposit back but due to the state of our gutters, we could not wait another year for another company.

Upon pulling out the old gutters, they found a rotten beam. This wasn't altogether a surprise to us. What was a surprise however was Glenn calling and letting us know that replacing our beam would cost us 1200$ (which was what we were already paying for the gutters). He told us we could stop the work and call a carpenter to come fix it (this wasn't really an option because it would leave our roof exposed and we weren't sure when they would come back to finish the job. As it is this job was delayed 3 months) or we could pay the 1200$. The price of the wood itself was about 100$ (we asked the guy who went to buy it) so for them to install the wood (which took MAX an hour) it was 1100$. Excuse me but 1100$ for 3 men for 1 hour seems absolutely absurd. We feel taking advantage of due to the awkward situation they put us in.
