I normally don't write reviews but this one was definitely warranted...

Ebenezer Roofing did a phenomenal job with our roof replacement. The communication and execution was flawless from the entire team (Karen, Terry and Will). The company is family run and you can tell the pride they had in their work.

The quoting process was simple and effective. Terry came over and physically went up on the roof to give an honest assessment of what he saw and validated the need for a roof replacement. The pictures and explanations were clear and precise. The quote was received in a timely manner and all the questions we had were quickly answered. After agreeing to the quote, we landed on a start time a few months later when the weather improved.

Prior to ordering product, Karen reached out for final confirmation and confirmed the start date with us. The crews showed up on time every day and made sure to keep us apprised of their progress. Also, I confirmed that they were all employees of Ebenezer and the job wasn't subcontracted out which was one of the other reasons why I selected Ebenezer Roofing. Every day when they left they ensured that the roof was left in a waterproofed state and cleaned up as best they could to ensure the house was still useable throughout the duration of the project. The morale of the entire team was excellent - you could tell they were happy to be there.

The roof was completed flawlessly and pictures were sent to me afterwards.

I cannot say enough positive things on my experience with Ebenezer Roofing. Hopefully I never need a roof replacement again, but I know who I will be calling if I do.

Thank you again for everything and making this an incredible experience.

Terry and his crew removed my concrete tile roof and replaced it with Euroshield 50-year hailproof rubber in the middle of winter during a warm-weather window. It looks so good I’ve already recommended Ebenezer Roofing to a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their current roof.

We had an excellent experience working with Ebenezer Roofing. Karen and Terry truly went above and beyond to support us throughout our roofing project. From the first conversation to final completion, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in walking us through every step of the process and answering all our questions.

We were so pleased with the quality of their work and service that we also decided to proceed with our siding through them as well. This is a family-run business, and it genuinely shows in how much care, integrity, and pride they take in their work. They offered fair and competitive pricing, met all our needs, and delivered exactly what they promised.

The crew was respectful and professional on site, and the cleanup was exceptional. They even re-arranged our Halloween decorations after the work was done, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids were thrilled and so were we.

If you’re looking for honest, professional contractors who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Ebenezer Roofing. Genuine, good people and a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

We’re extremely satisfied with Ebenezer Roofing’s work on repairing the flashing and leak on our rubber roof. Terry and his son were meticulous with every detail, carefully removing the existing rubber roofing and skillfully re-installing it without causing any damage. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

I recently hired Ebenezer to replace my old cedar shake roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The team was punctual, courteous, and worked efficiently to complete the job on time. They took the time to explain the materials and processes, ensuring I felt informed every step of the way.

What impressed me even more was their cleanliness; they made sure to keep the work area tidy and removed any debris at the end of each day. Plus, their great attitude towards my three dogs was a huge bonus—they were friendly and made sure to keep my pets safe and comfortable throughout the project. The quality of their work is outstanding; my new roof looks fantastic and has already received compliments from neighbours and done in 4.5 days. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in need of roofing services—they truly exceeded my expectations!

It snowed before I could get a completion photo but here are before and progress photos!
