So far experience has been terrible. Willing to update review if should change and actually get response and action, but we are very frustrated and hopefully this review saves someone else this headache.
This company did the siding and roof insurance repairs on the home we purchased in December (4 months ago). They did not do cleanup (insulation, screws, nails, garbage, siding bits everywhere) and even though have sent us a warranty, will not schedule the required repairs to the work they did (e.g. exposed fasteners and loose nails on the roof, chipped paint on cladding).
They reply with "I will look into this and get back to you" and then never do. We even have potential future out of pocket work for them (not insurance), and they don't respect us enough as potential clients to follow up and follow through. Very disappointing. Also note that they are not BBB Accredited.

I’ve dealt with Fratello twice now. Once for a repair 5 years ago and recently for a new roof. Both times were very good experiences. Ardit is very responsive and great to deal with and they do a good job. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Fratello Roofing. Ardy was able to meet with me promptly and clearly communicated what needed to be done. The team performed the job exactly as promised, and they completed it within the agreed-upon timeframe, which was incredibly helpful on my end.

Their pricing was very reasonable and fair, especially considering the quality of the work and timeframe. I would definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

I bought an older home and had Fratello Roofing come out to do some roof work. Ardit quickly identified what was needed, what wasn’t needed and made an expert recommendation. Work started shortly after and was promptly finished. Overall I’m quite impressed with the honesty, attention to details and overall quality of workmanship. Highly recommended!

Fratello Roofing & Exteriors Ltd is a great reliable and professional company. They are very confident, knowledgeable and available.
The workers were on time and very respectful. The work ethic they provided, went above and beyond my expectations as they completed the job in ONE DAY! My roof looks amazing!

My neighbour recently had their roof done by another company and they left nails all over the place, which was a huge concern to me. With Fratello Roofing they kept my property clean of nails and debris. I had no concern that my children or pets would be harmed.

They are the only roofing company I will ever use in the future and the only one I will refer to my friends and family!!
