ASG HOME EXTERIORS

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response from this company. After multiple attempts to reach them via email, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution. They took over a previous business, but as per the new owner, they refuse to cover any issues related to past installations, even though the work was done in 2018.
The problem has been ongoing since 2021, and it's disappointing to see such poor customer service. It seems like they’re not interested in resolving issues from previous business, and that’s unacceptable. I would highly advise looking elsewhere if you're seeking a company that values its customers and stands behind its work.

Kevin and his crew did quality work and they did so efficiently. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and they made sure everything was done exactly as I had hoped. They were experienced and personable. I strongly recommend ASG exteriors for your siding, eavestroughs, and soffits.

ASG Exteriors recently replaced the siding, soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs on our home—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care in addressing our needs and questions.

Our sales rep, Kevin, was responsive and proactive, keeping us updated when weather delayed the project’s start. Once the crew arrived, it was full steam ahead. Their commitment to quality was clear: they checked in with us on small design choices, flagged anything needing our input, and ensured everything was done to the highest standard.

Over the three weeks on our property, the team was respectful, organized, and tidy—equipment and materials were always stored neatly. When we needed to coordinate an outside service before their work could proceed, they accommodated seamlessly without losing momentum.

The pricing was competitive, the materials excellent, and the final cost matched the original quote (thankfully, no hidden surprises).

We are now raving fans of this company. It was an absolute pleasure to have them on our property, and we highly recommend ASG Exteriors to anyone looking for top-notch service and craftsmanship.

ASG recently replaced all of our siding, soffits and eavestroughs. We are so happy with the results. Any question that we had was answered and work was completed in a timely manner. Would most certainly recommend using them!

We hired ASG to replaced all of our old siding. They did an excellent job. They are all very professional, reliable and so friendly. They even graciously came back and repaired a spot that I damaged. We are so thankful to them and it was well worth hiring them. I recommend them.
