The Roof Whisperer of Newmarket

We contacted this company to repair a leak in our roof. While they had a quick turnaround time, they did very poor work! A technician came to repair the agreed upon flashing, work, but did not do the mason work. Another technician came to repair the window sill, however, without our permission or agreement, that person decided to use mismatched mortar and randomly patched the brick facing on the front of our house, ultimately damaging the look of the front of our house. We did NOT agree to this work being done. Upon further inspection we noticed the flashing does not meet the roof and the window sill crack was filled with the silicone caulking instead of mortar. Despite many attempts to call and email, Arthur has not returned any of our calls and is not fulfilling his warrantee promise or the promise to rectify the situation. We have had to escalate this situation to the Better Business Bureau and CRA.

Big thanks to The Roof Whisperer Newmarket crew for finding the root cause of our roof leak and fixing it. Especially for being so patient in answering all our questions from the very start till the very end of the project. they are very professional and keep us updated on the progress of the roof repair. We had this problem with our roof for a very long time and only The Roof Whisperer Newmarket among all the people who tried fixing it was able to figure out the main source of the problem. We recommend their company for all your roofing needs.

We had a heavy rainstorm on Thursday afternoon that resulted in water coming into our fireplace and through the stone facade around the fireplace. I called them and within 45 minutes they were at my door. they came in to see what was occurring then went up on the roof to investigate. they found a large crack in the concrete chimney cap that was allowing rain to penetrate and flow down the outside of the firebox and down to the hearth. There was no roof leak at all. they wrap the chimney with plastic and gave me instructions on the necessary repairs. I highly recommend The Roof Whisperer Newmarket for their quality work and customer care.

This company has 5 star reviews for a reason, they are the most amazing team I've had work on my home. the guys who came to install windows for my entire house were so thorough and hard working from start to finish. There were a couple hiccups with our project but they made sure they were on top of them and at the end windows were perfection! Thank you so much for such a great installation job!

This five star review is very well deserved. I have to say I was very scared to ever hire another contractor after having such a bad experience several years ago with a contractor ruining my house. So this was my first big project since then. From start to finish the owner hands down was amazing. I got 12 brand new sound package Anlin windows and sound package sliding door for my entire house. one of their Manager showed up to my house on day one of two of the window install. We went over some of my concerns. I was really impressed on how they both handled everything and putting my mind at ease. Thanks a lot for the great customer service and great communication.
