Called The Roof Whisperer of Burlington due to water leaking from our bonus room ceiling. they came out and inspected our roof and attic. they wore bootie shoe covers and took numerous photographs. after identifying the cause of the problem, they gave us options on fixing it. they didn't pressure us to go with them for the repairs. Instead, they completed a detail report with pictures that they said could be used with whomever we decided to go with. My wife and I were impressed with them. they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. they took their time to explain the problem making it easy to understand. I definitely recommend The Roof Whisperer of Burlington for anyone with roof problems.

The Roof Whisperer of Burlington did repairs including replacing water damaged ship boards, repair part of fascia boards and opening up valley. I'm extremely happy with workmanship. Repair needed more wood materials than estimated but they didn't charge extra. If I need future roof needs, I know whom to call.

We changed 20 windows and three sliders anlin , price was the most competitive
since our house was old there were a lot of challenges which after preliminary instalment the alignment had issue however they stopped 5 times and brought different technicians and addressed every single issue, this was the biggest investment in our house and it was very satisfactory, Will refer them to all friends.

The Roof Whisperer of Burlington was excellent, were on time and courteous, they came by to do an estimate to take care of the roof, the estimate was not the cheapest but fairly priced, the quality was second to none. I'm not looking for the cheapest because those normally may not have the best quality. The Roof Whisperer of Burlington did exactly what they promised. They took care of my roof, used quality materials and came back and made sure my roof was ready to take on the weather. All and all, the experience was great, and the workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend The Roof Whisperer of Burlington!!

Hats off to Valentin from The Roof Whisperer of Burlington who installed a water filtering system in my garage. Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Valentin. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Valentin pitched it. All in all, he is a prime example of excellent customer service. I plan to use his services in the future and will definitely refer him to neighbours, friends, and family. Thank again Valentin and The Roof Whisperer of Burlington.
