We hired A M Roofing Systems for a condo roofing project, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
Since completion, the roof has had multiple leaks, causing ongoing issues for the building. Despite repeated attempts to have these problems addressed, the company has refused to properly repair the defects and has failed to honour its warranty.
Communication has been poor, follow-ups have been slow or nonexistent, and responsibility has been consistently avoided. At this point, we are left with an improperly installed roof and no meaningful support from the contractor.
A roofing project of this scale requires accountability and workmanship you can stand behind. Unfortunately, we received neither. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone considering roofing work, especially for multi-unit or condo projects.

I tried ordering some sheet metal from 3 other different companies for about 6 months. Nobody would order it for me as it was too small an order. I then / finally called AM Roofing and over the phone he took my order and a week later my order had come in.

I would avoid this company like the black plague. They did my Mother's roof 10 years ago. They put on 30 yr. shingles. Couple of months later it was a bit windy, people were phoning me and knocking on my door. The shingles were sticking straight up in the air. They came and did something there. This past May we had strong winds and the roof was destroyed. Have to have it replaced. They are all lifted. Another Insurance claim. I live at 381 Osborne St. Hamilton Ont. Such an insufficient job.
