From the first consultation to the final installation, our experience was smooth, professional, and enlightening. The team took the time to research our property in advance, which made the quoting process efficient and well-informed. During the inspection, they identified an unexpected issue—but handled the repair quickly and with zero hassle.

The only hiccup was with scheduling, as there was some uncertainty around timing. However, the quality of work more than made up for it. The installation was flawless, the crew left the site spotless, and the finished result exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking skilled, reliable service and top-tier workmanship. A solid 5-star experience.

Custom Contracting recently installed new sliding windows, a patio door, and HVAC system at our home in Guelph, and we're thrilled with the results. The installation team was professional, courteous, and extremely careful with our property. The new sliding windows and door look fantastic, operate smoothly, and greatly improve our home's comfort. The HVAC upgrade has noticeably improved our indoor air quality and temperature control. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and we appreciated their honest, pressure-free approach. Highly recommend Custom Contracting for reliable, high-quality home improvement services!

We recently hired these guys for roofing and HVAC services and are extremely satisfied. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered exceptional work. Their "lifetime warranty" is genuine, and our neighbors even got a $500 gift card through their "new neighbor program." Plus, their referral program offers up to a $5,000 bonus. Highly recommend!

Custom Contracting Guelph just finished our eavestroughs and HVAC, and earlier this year they did our roof too. Same great service every time. They worked fast and cleaned up every scrap. Roof came with a lifetime warranty, plus we got a rebate and easy monthly payments—huge help. Eavestroughs look sharp and the new HVAC keeps the house comfy and quiet. Fair prices, honest advice, zero pressure. If you’re in Guelph and need roofing or home-comfort work, these are the people to call.

Custom Contracting handled our roof and eavestrough repairs in Guelph last month, and the whole process was straightforward. From the first call, Chris was prompt with a clear, written estimate and walked us through the materials without any sales pressure.

The crew arrived right on time, laid down tarps to protect the driveway and garden, and did a thorough magnet sweep when they wrapped up. The new shingles look sharp, the flashing lines are tidy, and the gutters finally send water where it belongs—no more overflow over the porch.

They finished a day ahead of schedule, kept us updated at every step, and the final bill matched the quote to the dollar. If you’re in Guelph and need roofing or eavestrough work done professionally, Custom Contracting is an easy recommendation.
