Unfortunately they wasted a lot of my time. Scott Ainger came to do an estimate on a repair, but never produced an estimate. When I finally managed to get in touch with him again (2 phone calls to the office), he promised to come the next day as he could not recall the exact details. He never came. I texted him twice and also called the office and they said they would make sure someone would look into it. They never called back.

Gutters installed in September fell off in January. They sent someone to remove them in January but are now not returning my calls to replace them. It is mid April. The guy that showed up to remove them tried selling me roof shoveling and told me that they were the wrong size gutters to begin with.

Thank you to Josh and his team of Jason, Brayden, Joe, Conner and Austin. This Ainger group installed our metal roof, removed some vinyl siding and installed new metal siding, replaced some evestrough to reroute a downspout and replaced 2 windows. All the guys had attention to detail and did a great job that exceeded our expectations. They were pleasant and professional and good at what they do. The main reason we chose Ainger for the job is because we wanted to use one company that was able to do the entire project. I would highly recommend them.
Just had new eves installed. Guys did a great job as always.

Review of Job #2 - Had another job by Ainger as I was very impressed with the staff/work. We had a metal roof put overtop of our gazebo. The job turned out awesome! Ainger was very easy to deal with, addressed all concerns promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. Review of Job #1 - Arrived on time, professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Appreciate the repair team for the new vents needed.

Ainger was great from the initial phone call, right up until the end of the job. Crystal and Tabitha were a pleasure to deal with and their quote was spot on. If you get Steve doing the work, consider yourself extremely lucky! He was communicative during the job and the work him and James did was top notch. Highly recommended.
