Roofers Scarborough

Called this company for a roof damage caused by Squirrel. The tech came in and installed trap door which was ineffective and the animal got around it. When I insisted on water proofing the trap area, they absolutely neglected to to water proof and claimed that no others company will waterproof it. Next day it rained and caused more water damage to property. The roofers Scarborough said the tech were contractors and they cant speak for them. Most of my calls went unanswered by the techs. Now decided to drop their service, going with better professional company that offers water proofing to finish the job. Unprofessional work, over charging, Lying about other company's not offering water proofing(other companies do offer water proofing BTW). Very unprofessional. Not worth your money and time. Please find a different company

I had a leak in my roof and found this company from a google search. I spoke with Conrad and was impressed with his service right off the bat. He offered to come do an inspection within the same day even though it was raining. For a reasonable price and after easing any concerns I had, he came and redid my roof. Conrad was reachable anytime I had questions and I'm happy with the work that he did. He informed me about the condition of my roof, took photos for me, and let me know how to get better ventilation in my attic. Conrad has great customer service and is a professional at what he does.

My mom needed a new roof and had raccoons in the attic. We were very fortunate to find Conrad and his team who were very professional and thorough in the work they did. The animals were removed humanely; there was a complete removal of all insulation and a deep clean of the attic. The new roof looks great and was done on-time as promised. Throughout the process, Conrad kept us updated on the work he did through pictures and videos. We are very happy with the work and recommend him and his team!

These guys are great! Conrad was quick to reach out and provide me with a quote without having to schedule an appointment, which was AMAZING. The quote was great, clear and left no ambiguity as to what would be included with the work.
We scheduled quickly for the job. The crew arrived on time, completely decked out in all the PPE, following all the social distancing protocols. Not enough can be said about that.
Conrad and the crew worked quickly and efficiently. They were very clean!! Both on the roof and on the ground; they left no dirt, shingles, or wrappers anywhere. Conrad constantly kept me updated on where the team was with the progress, sharing video updates through Whatsapp. I'm a very satisfied client. They were very professional and I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We needed an emergency repair to fix a bad leak following heavy rain and wind on Halloween night. Left them a message at 9am and received a quick response with an estimated time of arrival for later that day. Have to say we were extremely impressed with Conrad. He is very knowledgeable and not only did he give us a very reasonable quote to repair damages to several areas of our roof, but he then proceeded to do the repairs immediately and in the freezing cold! All in I had my roof repaired by 2pm same day with better quality shingles, warranty, and peace of mind. Will not hesitate to have them replace my entire roof when the time comes. Conrad you rock!
