After watching and consult from neighbor. I asked For a quote from Allan to do my home. Price was right crew was excellent at cleaning detail, went above and beyond at what they quoted for after I asked for other things to be inspected and repaired. Highly recommend.

Highlander was introduced to me by recommendation of a neighbour on my street who had their roof done a couple years prior. What I liked was that they arrived with a adequate crew , and proceeded to systematically attack the project from the top down, stripping and installing the new materials efficiently. They completed the entire project in 2 days ( I have witnessed other firms in my area taking up to a week because of minimal manpower on the project). The fast completion was nice in that it didn't hamper me or my family's lifestyle, so was only a brief inconvenience. Also, for the old roofing materials/refuse, I noticed on other projects that companies have bins dropped on the driveway. I am cautious about that, as it could damage/gouge the driveway when these large bins are dropped off directly on the concrete ( I have an exposed aggregate driveway, and that is a concern for me). Highlander uses a 3rd party associate who backed up a trailer ( 3 rubber tires on each side of the trailer), to handle the refuse, at which point was promptly removed at the completion of the project on day 2. No damage or issues with the driveway. I monitored the project , and these guys know what they are doing, from the strip down, to applying new synthetic underlay, ice/water damn along edges and metal roof edge. In today's market place one is always leery about contractors/etc and what type of workmanship you will get. I am pleased with their work on my project.

I highly recommend Allan and his team. They fixed/replaced the damages in our house caused by the hailstorm in August 2024. Allan is so easy to work with. He is honest, kind, understanding, helpful and patient. I was very nervous, even with dealing with the insurance company. He calmed my fears and helped me deal with them. He even helped me move my furniture when the windows were replaced. Allan has a great hardworking team, they provide clean and quality work. Contacted Allan to provide a free quote for replacing shingles due to the Calgary hailstorm in August.

Old school style of business, kept to his word, very professional and courteous, easy to deal with.

Provided samples and advice on product and colors as we decided to upgrade siding, soffit, fascia and eavestroughs due to age related color matching issues. He has quality contractors available as part of his network to provide these services.

He has a great team of hardworking, dedicated employees. They cleaned up the site very well over the process of shingling which took 3 days due to a snowstorm and steepness of our roof.

After installation, he came by to make sure we were happy with the work and to deal with any issues we might of had.

I highly recommend this company as they provide quality service and installation.

Honest and good contractors are hard to find these days but Allan is that old school honest, keep to his word kind of guy. They fixed roofing on our 2 homes that were both damages in the recent hail storm. From my first call to Allan, he came when he said he would and assessed both homes for free when other contractors were charging for an estimate he could have easily increased his rates due to the insurance but he gave us the regular rates and when we needed explanations on a few things he came to our home and explained exactly what would be done to our roofing and siding.
