Extremely disappointed with this company, because yesterday, September 8, 2025, I called 7 times!!!!! to speak with the owner about my quote, which I've been waiting for for about a week. No answer, I left messages, no one called me back, and when I finally received my quote, it was $5000 more expensive $$.

During the installation of my roof caps, I noticed they had shifted during assembly at STROSS.
I called Serge V. from the Vaudreuil branch, and within an hour and a half, they diagnosed the problem, manufactured, and delivered all my caps to my roof free of charge.
100% in terms of responsiveness, availability, and professionalism.
