We had George Kent insulating our crawl space and attic. Absolutely great job! From Chris who came out to offer his expertise on what should be done to the guys who performed the work, everyone was professional and the work was thorough and no mess when they finished.

We recently completed attic insulation and baffle installation covering approximately 1,600 sq. ft. across two attic spaces with George Kent Home Improvements, arranged through Home Depot Services.

Our experience with George Kent Home Improvements was professional and well organized from the initial inspection through final completion. The inspection conducted by Evan Pearce was detailed, informative, and factual. He clearly explained the existing attic conditions, common insulation issues observed in similar homes, recommended corrective measures, and provided a realistic quotation without any pressure to proceed or purchase additional services.

Following the inspection, scheduling was handled efficiently and communication remained clear throughout the process. The installation team arrived as scheduled, completed the work cleanly, and demonstrated strong attention to workmanship and site cleanliness. The overall execution reflected professionalism and experience.

The project also qualified for the Home Renovation Savings Program, and George Kent managed the administrative aspects of the rebate application process, requiring only the necessary documentation from our side. This significantly simplified the process.

From a pricing standpoint, the quotation was competitive and lower than several independent contractors we had approached, many of whom could not provide clarity regarding rebate eligibility or overall value. I've been a builder for 45-years. I own Kingsway Renovations. I hired George Kent to spray foam (2 pound) a new home build, walls and attic followed by R60 cellulose installation in the attic. This process can save you 20% on your annual heating and cooling bill. Geoge Kent's staff is professional and friendly and work well with and flexible to your renovation time table. George Kent's pricing is competitive. I highly recommend having George Kent remove your existing attic insulation and apply 100% sealing of your attic with spray foam and topping up your attic to R60 with cellulose. Great company with a long history of great customer experiences. Beware of fly-by-night companies, which make empty promises.
