Christian and his team are very professional. We had a leak was not easy to identify what the cause was. Christian cared about finding a cost effective repair rather than just replacing a section of the roof or the whole roof. I appreciated that Christian truly cares about the customer.

The short review: Dowle & Sons did a very professional job and were a pleasure to deal with. Price was competitive, so we didn't have to pay extra for top notch service.

The longer review: When we discovered a leak in our 22 year old roof due to compromised insulation in the skylight wells, we called several roofing companies to get estimates on replacing the roof. Christian was the first to come by to do an estimate. While here, he found the location of the leak and asked if he could fix it immediately. He got a few tools from his truck and back up the ladder he went. When done, I offered to pay him for the repair, but he refused. Said it was just good customer service. I was impressed. He also had great suggestions for the roof and he explained some things they do, that were not done the last time we did the roof. I liked his suggestions. The estimate was personally dropped off the next day by Shelley, who was great to deal with for questions and scheduling.

When the other estimates came in, they were in line with Dowle and Sons, and given my experience during the estimate, it was a no-brainer to go with them.

We had a rain delay between the first and second day of the installation, but Christian and the crew ensured there were overlaps of the waterproof membranes, so there were no leaks during the delay.

The Christian and his crew worked well together. I appreciated that they took down my animal guards over the vents so I could put a fresh coat of paint on them before they put them back up. He also installed some larger vents for the bathroom fans. The place was left extreemly clean when they were done. New roof and skylights are great.

I got a good quote very quickly after Christian checked out my garage. We scheduled the date and the guy showed up right on time. Christian came with them to get the job stated then left them to begin. Once the shingles were off it was obvious that the original (100 years) underlay was in rough shape. Christian texted with a quote on new plywood. The whole job was completed by 4 pm with only a little damage to plants coming up. Very happy with the job a the customer service and would highly recommend.

I called for a leaky garage roof and the guys came out within a couple of days to have a look. Much to my surprise, they showed me that the windows are causing the issue and I don’t need a new roof for a few more years. Appreciate the honesty and very detailed explanation. When the time comes, I will absolutely call these guys first!
