Thanks for installing our new roof, Pagonya! We’ve received so many compliments from the neighbors on our street and recommended your company to them all. The ease and simplicity of replacing shingles clearly appeals to people once they see it. It has been a pleasure working with you on this renovation and my family and I wish you all the best on your future projects!

I chose Pagonya to help us replace the shingles on our roof because we wanted a reliable company and were fed up with late contractors. They did a fabulous job at making the roof look sturdy and elegant. It's lasted a full winter season without any trouble.

The price was great for the amount of work done and the lifetime of the roof. After they were done with the project, they were good enough to clean up the garbage and mess they made when they were finished replacing my shingles. Thank you for all the help.

When it was time to replace our roof I didn’t want to go for the standard looking shingles. We have tiled stone in place of grass in our front yard and Pagonya's stone coated tile selection stood out to me the most when we started looking. It was definitely worth the money.

The installers did a fabulous job on my roof. I’m glad I contacted Pagonya and had them do my metal roofing rather than go with traditional shingles. After a few months, I’ve noticed my power bill has gone down because I haven’t been turning it on as much as before. Not only does it save me money, my house also looks amazing!

I actually noticed this company while driving home one afternoon. The roof they were working on stood out to me and we stopped to get their details.

After our initial consultation I was super excited to get this project on the way. The style and colours they had to offer were exactly what my husband and I had in mind. Overall this has been a great experience, all thanks to your team.

I had a great time working with the professional roofing team at Pagonya. They did an exceptional job on my metal roof. Everything was done on time and they didn’t leave a trace of garbage behind. The roof is very durable, sturdy and I have a 50 year guarantee. I chose to stick with metal roofing because it helps reduce my heating bills, is eco-friendly, and creates an upscale, appealing look to my home. My house really stands out on the street now.

My wife and kids absolutely love the design of our new metal roof. Every time I look at my house, I feel like a million bucks. Loved working with a great company in Pagonya. Their installation team demonstrated real attention to details and craftsmanship during the project. They were on point on every small detail. We highly recommend Pagonya Development Ltd and metal roofs in general.

My brother-in-law recommend Pagonya after a botched roof job last spring. Credibility was my priority ahead of everything else at that point. I was very impressed with Pagonya's professionalism and expert advice and opinions; I was sure they were committed to getting it done right. Eventually, they completed the roofing project and cleaned up the mess that had been made before. Everything was completed according to schedule. I had a great experience with this company.

Initially I wanted the traditional shingles on our roof but after a friend recommended Pagonya I decided to check out their metal options. My husband really liked them and although I wasn’t completely sold on the idea then, now that the installation is complete I am totally happy we did it. The roof certainly makes a statement for our home and looks flawless.

I received a few quotes after realizing I had to replace my roof and chose Pagonya to tackle the job because of their reputation and products. Although it was slightly over my intended budget I would not have chosen any other company because the work you’ve done is excellent. If you're in your home long term, consider the extra investment worth it.

Pagonya Development recently replaced my entire roof and it looks absolutely perfect. You'll feel like you have a brand new house!

A month ago, we had our roof done by Pagonya and we're extremely happy with the decision. We phoned four other roofing companies but when we added up the lifetime value of the roof the benefits of going with steel were obvious. In the end, I got the results I was looking for and my new looking roof looks stunning.

Huge thanks to your installers for being on my roof in the hot sun! It’s no easy work up there but your team has been so professional and worked very efficiently to get the job done. I also really appreciate that extra time you took to make sure our property was clean and tidy before leaving. Thanks again, Pagonya.

A few years ago, I had Pagonya install and prepare my roof and I was very impressed with the results. Over the years, I had them do some small installations around the house like gable ends, vent pipe flashing, ridge capping and strapping. They always exceed my expectations. Customer service is great every time I see them. I will definitely continue to use Pagonya in the future.

Pagonya was a few weeks late getting out, perhaps because I called during busy season. But once the job got rolling everything went perfectly. The price for the roofing was reasonable (especially considering it's metal) and I was impressed overall with the customer service. If you want to try something different with your roof then call Pagonya.

It’s very difficult finding a good contractor these days. I have had so many quotes and promises that turned out badly. We took Pagonya based on reputation and they made my life a lot easier. They were very professional and gave me a detailed quote. The installer team came on time for the job and finished two days early. It was an enormous relief to finally get a household project done right.

By far one of the best contractors I’ve done business with. Patient, informative, and professional. You can tell they’ve been around for a while because it shows in the faultless execution of their work -- both the speed and the final craftsmanship. Keep up the amazing work.

This company is great. It was easy to get a quote and the sales reps were all very helpful on educating us about their roofing process and materials. Our new roof adds a lot of character to the home which I love and know I will enjoy for years to come.

Thank you all so much for the hard work you’ve done on our home. The roof looks perfect. We’ve considered moving for a while and I think this addition will pay for itself in home value. But I like it enough that part of me wants to stay a bit longer to enjoy our lovely home! It almost feels brand new now that our roof has been replaced and we’ve done some landscaping.

Your team truly did an amazing job and their efforts deserve to be recognized. I would recommend Pagonya to anyone.

We bought an old house couple months back and it needed many renovations including a new roof. Pagonya was our go to place because of my sister's experience. Their lifetime warranty really gave us peace of mind (it's kind of unheard of now). We plan to settle here for many years to come. We are very pleased with the install and happy to have done business with this team.
